Defendant was facing 10 years in prison. Prosecutors claimed that she had formed the intent to sell heroin and cocaine based solely upon the amount of drugs that were allegedly in her possession. After a three day trial the jury found her not guilty of trafficking but guilty of possession of the drugs. The jury recommended one year in jail.
