KRS 217.181 – Theft of a legend drug

KRS 217.207 – Theft, criminal possession, trafficking, or unlawful possession of a prescription blank (second or greater offense)

KRS 217.208 – Forgery of a prescription (first offense)

KRS 218A.140 – Misrepresenting information to a practitioner, using a false name or address to obtain, falsely holding oneself to be a controlled substance manufacturer, wholesaler, distributor, repacker, pharmacist, or practitioner.

KRS 218A.1415 – Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree

KRS 218A.1416 – Possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree 

KRS 218A.1417 – Possession of a controlled substance, 3rd degree 

KRS 218A.1418 (repealed) – Theft of a controlled substance

KRS 218A.1423 – Marijuana cultivation (first offense on 5 plants or more or second or greater offense on 5 plants or less)

KRS 218A.1439 – Trafficking in or transferring a dietary supplement (second or greater offense)

KRS 218A.282 – Forgery of a prescription (first offense)

KRS 218A.284 – Criminal possession of a forged prescription (first offense)

KRS 218A.286 – Theft, criminal possession, trafficking, or unlawful possession of a prescription or blank (first offense)

KRS 218A.320 – Criminal possession of a medical record (first offense)

KRS 218A.322 – Theft of a medical record (first offense)

KRS 218A.324 – Criminal falsification of a criminal record (first offense)

KRS 244.165 – Unlawful sale and shipment of alcohol by out-of-state seller (second or greater offense)

KRS 286.11-057 – False statement, misrepresentation, or false certification in a record required by the KFS

KRS 304.47-025 – Fraudulent insurance act under the Insurance Code

KRS 324.990 – Engaging in real estate brokering without a license (second or greater offense

KRS 365.241 – Counterfeiting intellectual property (second or greater offense, or the violation involves more than one hundred items, or the total value of the item(s) is greater than $1,000.

KRS 434.155 – Filing an illegal lien (first offense)

KRS 434,675 – Use of a scanning device or re-encoder to illegally obtain payment card information (first offense)

KRS 434.850 – Unlawful access to a computer, 2nd degree

KRS 434.872 – Disclosure of information from financial information repository

KRS 511.040 – Burglary, 3rd degree

KRS 512.020 – Criminal mischief, 1st degree

KRS 514.030 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition (involving a firearm, anhydrous ammonia, one or more controlled substances valued at less than $10,000, or other property worth more than $500 but less than $10,000)
